Free parking and free toilets at Beesands car park.

A 5.6 mile walk with a mix of coastal path , sand and shingle, green lanes and fields which is steep, narrow and rocky in places. 

Please keep dogs on leads where cows and sheep may be grazing. 

Usual refreshment and lunch stops. 

Debrief at Cricket Inn or tea and cakes at St Andrews Church. Bring your cozzies if you fancy a dip!
