Circular walk of Circa 7miles. Mixed coastal path, steep, narrow and rocky in places. Short stretches of tarmac, sand and shingle, green lanes and fields. Dogs on lead in fields where cows and sheep are grazing please. Dog owners please note that cows may also be present on the coastal path. Bring refreshments for coffee and lunch stops. It's usually a very hot day, so bring plenty of water too. 

Debrief at Cricket Inn Beesands or free tea and cakes at St Andrews Church (Donations gratefully accepted).
